The 2015 Essence Festival weekend is underway and festival favorite Trey Songz had a special surprise in store for his New Orleans audience during this year’s performance.

Touching the Essence Fest stage for the fifth year, Trey gave the NOLA crowd a treat when he brought out veteran New Orleans-born rapper Juvenile during a performance of his hit single “Slow Motion.” Most will remember that Juvie also found success with his hit single of the same title back in 2003.
